There are lots of reasons why you shouldn’t get outside and move your blessed body.


But these aren’t any of them:

  Comfy sneakers/shoes. The crunchy sound of the leaves and ground under your feet.
  
The breathtaking colors and the breath-giving breeze of fresh air.

Not knowing what’s around the next beautiful bend in the path.

Soaking in the warm sunshine even on cool fall afternoons.

If you go regularly you get to see the baby swans or the crested ducks grow up until you can’t recognize them from their parents.

All of these definitely take one’s mind off of the excuses we had for not going to the park in the first place… 🙂
