What I want to eat.

What time I will have supper.

How to go to bed and get a peaceful sleep.

How I will do healthy rather than stressful things today. How I will make myself feel good.

How I will make myself feel god every day so that I do not have to use my old mechanisms.

How I will be in my friendships today.

Want I will do this minute.
What I will think about during this upcoming minute.
How I want to feel in this upcoming minute.
